DataNorppa (2914414-7) sells products to companies and individuals in EU-region. Product prices include VAT. DataNorppa reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are ordered online at www.datanorppa.fi (or parallel domain www.kuultokuva.fi) by transferring the items to the shopping cart and paying the shopping cart content with the selected payment method. After successful ordering, email will be sent to the customer, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. Verification message requires that the customer notifies e-mail address when ordering.
All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will not be used other than the delivery of the order or DataNorppa’s own marketing purposes. Customer information will not be disclosed to third parties.
The customer must accept the terms of delivery in advance. If the customer does not accept the terms, he or she can not order products from the online store. DataNorppa may, if necessary, cancel an order or terminate a customer relationship.
Products and their postage are paid upon order. The available payment methods are displayed depending on the location of the customer.
Pay with bank transfer
The Checkout Payments Agent passes your payment to the merchant. There are payment buttons for all banks available to customer depending on location. Checkout is a secure payment method for you. Checkout is a service maintained by Checkout Finland Ltd (2196606-6).
Payment by credit card
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Card payment is secured by Nets SSL Secure Payment. Merchant and Checkout Finland Oy do not have access to card data and payment card information is not stored in our systems. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services to authenticate the cardholder’s identity.
The Merchant uses the Checkout payment transfer service for card payments. The webshop acts as a marketer for products and services and as a product supplier for the customer. The Merchant is responsible for the statutory and other obligations of the retailer. In the case of card payments, the transaction is generated between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims for card payments. Checkout appears as a payee with a card payment and passes the card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation, which shows your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. Keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the items in the order confirmation.

We deliver products to our customers via Post to all parts of EU.
Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. The shipping costs will be shown when the payment and delivery method are selected.
The delivery time is 2-7 days depending on the order and the delivery method when the product is in stock. If it is a custom item, the normal delivery time is 1-4 weeks. If the delivery time is longer than stated above, we will notify you separately.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by force majeure. Exceptional delivery times will be notified to the website or to the customer directy.
The prices quoted in the online store include VAT. Prices do not include shipping, unless otherwise stated in the product information. The prices quoted in the online store apply only to online orders. All rights reserved.
All product information is always disclosed without obligation and we reserve the right to pricing and product misstatements. DataNorppa reserves the right to cancel the order with clear price errors. A clear price error in the online store when product price differs significantly from the correct price of the product or the situation where the price of the product is € 0.00. The Seller’s liability is limited to cancellation of the sale.
Defective or incorrect product
If your order is defective or we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The error in the shipment must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Always include a receipt and a description of the event. If possible, include a photo of a possible error. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Exchange and Return Rights (Consumer Customers)
All products have a fourteen (14) days return right when order is made by a consumer customer. All products to be replaced / returned must be unused and unopened, and must be in their original sales packaging. There is no refund or refund if the product has been used. Replacement and Return Rights do not apply (a) Custom Products; (b) Products which are manufactured or modified according to the customer’s wishes
Before any exchange / return we require to make a refund notice by e-mail to: email@example.com. The notice must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Attach the purchase receipt and contact information.
For replacement / refund, we will charge the shipping cost according to the delivery method originally chosen by the customer. If the delivery has been free of charge to the customer, the shipping is priced accordance with the current Post Price List. The customer can return the product free of charge directly to the pick-up address, but an exchange / return notice is also to be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
The product to be returned must always be properly packaged and accompanied by a receipt and account information for possible refund.
Possible problem situations
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must report an error no later than 14 days after receiving the product to DataNorppa. If the package is damaged by mail or shipping, the error must be immediately filed directly to Post Office.
Settlement of disagreements
If the disagreement on the order made on the online store can not be solved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer customer may have the case settled by the Consumer Complaint Board. Prior to bringing the matter to the Consumer Complaint Board, consumers should be in contact with consumer counseling where they receive guidance and conciliation in a dispute. The Consumer Complaint Board can leave this case untreated unless the consumer has first contacted the consumer counseling.
